1. Service Options
Advisory Session (Remote)

- Purpose: Strategy, auditing, Q&A
- Rate: $25/hour
- Minimum billing: 2 hours ($50)
Hands-On Session (Remote)
- Platform: Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Tasks: Setup, configuration, troubleshooting
- Rate: $25/hour
- Minimum billing: 2 hours ($50)
Project-Based Services
- Includes: IVR, voicemail, call queues, call flows, API integrations, DID setup, VoIP website, DNS, Web development, PBX setup (PortaOne, Bicom, Thirdlane, 3CX), etc.
- Delivery Format: Depends on the project
- Starting at $200 (custom quote after review)
2. Payment Terms
- Hourly Rate: $25 USD
- Minimum Billing: 2 hours = $50
- Payment: 100% upfront for session based service and 50% upfront for project based service
- Method: Wire Transfer only (bank details included in the invoice)
3. Conditions of Service
Scope
- All sessions are scoped in advance
- Out-of-scope items require additional quotes
Access
- For project-based work, timely access must be granted
- Credentials are deleted after completion
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Reschedule: 24-hour notice required
- Cancellation: Non-refundable if less than 12 hours before start
4. Confidentiality & Support
- Confidentiality ensured; NDA available on request
- Basic follow-up (after 3 business days) included
- Extended support: $20 per hour
